Seeing as Brian is so clueless:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Politics_of_the_United_Arab_Emirates

Quote:
The UAE is an authoritarian state. The UAE has been described as a "tribal autocracy" where the seven constituent monarchies are led by tribal rulers in an autocratic fashion. There are no democratically elected institutions, and there is no formal commitment to free speech.

Brian, if they were not Muslims, would you be trying so hard to mislead people about them?

Even though the UAE is part of Islam, this article is not. So what is the point of the OP?

i certainly like dubai

its a top spot to visit.

but they treat their migrant workforce appallingly.

white knight would get writers cramp detailing the ruthlessness with which they abuse their immigrants , the lack of safety, the slave labour conditions .
