Excellent news, Greg.

Sounds like your mother is well on the way to a full recovery.

Just spoke to the medical team at the hospital.

She's on her last day of Ivermectin anti-virals today, and she's slowly, but surely, getting better.

The headache has gone, not coughing much, is eating a little (but still on a glucose drip), very lucid, and generally feeling a lot better.

She's out of quarantine tomorrow, so I can go in and visit her then.

Those anti-viral drugs are literally a life saver: she's in her mid-eighties, confined to a wheelchair, very frail, and has pre-existing lung and heart problems - I can tell you I haven't slept much in the last five days.

She's incredibly strong, and lucky.

so why didn't the vax protect her ?? Is that because it's not actually a vaccine ??

She's not vaccinated.

That's great news, Greg.

Your mother sounds a lot like my aunt - she's also very strong for 92 going on 93. She hasn't had Covid so far but I'm pretty sure she would be able to get through it.

Even her GP says she's impressed about how my aunt is so fit and strong for her age nearly every time I take my aunt to see her.

which has got nothing to do with the monkey snot that you injected into her.

my mates mother is in her 90's and has never been vaccinated for anything. The rest of the family is all vaxed up and is getting very sick from the vax. Noiece has had convid 5 times but all her friends that didn't have the jab have never got the convid once.

And yet the medical team at one of Australia's top hospitals tells me the exact opposite.

Who to believe: a team of medical experts with years of training and experience from hospitals and universities from all over the world, or an internet troll who left school at 14 to become a burger flipper?   Undecided

Of course they are going to say that because that is why they still have their job. Behind closed doors they say other things. Money talks bullshit walks Wink

Not looking too good, is it?

https://covidlive.com.au/

Cases, hospitalisations, ICU admissions and deaths all up.

And that's just for NSW and Victoria. Other States still to give their weekly reports.

Definitely not a good week:

https://covidlive.com.au/

And, South Australia has 7 deaths, not minus 3 which brings the death total for the week to 93.

And, watch out - here comes "Hellhound".

https://www.marca.com/en/lifestyle/world-news/2022/11/08/636a5317ca4741cd6a8b458...

Quote:
Several alterations of the coronavirus have become known over time, and the latest of these has a curious name: 'Hellhound'.

The origin of this nickname that has emerged on social networks is due to the experts' forecasts about this variant.

That is why some users have baptized it as 'hellhound', referring to the pet of Hades, the god of Greek mythology who guards the gates of the underworld.

Quote:
Cornelius Roemer, a researcher at the University of Basel, warned on Twitter that B.Q.1.1.1, linked to the omicron variant, will be in the majority at the end of November and beginning of December.

According to the data, it looks like it could be 10 percent more contagious, all in addition to the fact that respiratory infections and viruses are on the rise in autumn (Autumn in the Northern Hemisphere - added by me).

Is this one going to be as "mild" as we were told about the previous variants? I suspect it won't be.

Covid is back - at a shopping center today people everywhere were coughing their guts out -
I'm worried that I'll get it.
Mostly Chinese coughing and spluttering - dirty buggers should stay home.
Why do they go out when they're sick?
We don't need masks or vaccines -
we just need people to have a bit of responsibility.

most of them spreading it will be vaxed up to the hilt. That's how these variants are being created through gain of function Sad
