Must see if I can buy some of those stamps, and the stamp of victory when the russians are kicked out of Ukraine.

20,000 russian soldiers dead, russian economy destroyed with shortages of food etc. Sounds like treason to me!

Soon the last export earners, gas and oil, will largely end. Then what will the idiot putin do?

Putin

Hardly. Putin's biggest fear, apparently, is going down like Gaddafi, killed by a mob.

The Arab Spring shook Putin. He changed tack entirely after the fall of Libya. Ukraine, Syria, the lot. Putin's biggest fear is people power and the rise of democracy.  It's why he invaded Ukraine: Putin wants to prevent, at all costs, Russians claiming back their country.

Putin's biggest fear is being hanged by his own people, but Putin now has an exit strategy: he can hand himself over to the International Court and face trial for war crimes.

They don't execute war criminals, just imprison them. Maybe Putin could spend his last days under house arrest. A win-win, no?

Well, he can't retire in his billion dollar palace as originally planned. Navalny put a stop to that.

Putin's actions now are about saving his own skin, but how? Putin can no longer do a deal with a self-appointed incumbent, the crimes are too blatant. As soon as Putin steps down a torrent of abuses will be made public.

What's left? He can't have any more energy to run a country, and that's never been his passion anyway. He's made more money than he can ever spend.

Maybe he could seek asylum in a country like Azerbaijan and spend the rest of his life in prayer and meditation.

Pity he never made any friends in America. They're normally the retirement destination for despots.

Florida sounds like a much nicer place to live than Baku, and he could play golf with Mr Trump

You?

And a shout out to Ceausescu's fate - In Russia's own backyard of puppet states.

Sic semper tyrannis?

Guess he wouldn't be needing that hat that flew off his head no more.

Something Tito wrote to Stalin that Putin might want to contemplate: 'If you don’t stop sending killers, I’ll send one to Moscow, and I won’t have to send another.'

Tito died in 1980, just days short of his 88th birthday. Foul play was not suspected.

Undisputed facts

Ukrainian is a geographical category. Without cultural identity there is no national identity. Russian and Ukrainian (Slavic) cultural and national identities are the same. Unfortunatly Australia, as a colonial melting pot, to this day, still remains a British colony with the British flag and the British monarch as the Australian head of state, which, among other things, prevents Australia from building its own cultural and national identity.
Slavs and Anglo-Saxons are even more incompatible than Anglo-Saxons and Chinese. The Anglo-Saxons are compatible only with the Khazarians who currently rule the Anglo-Brotherhood.
