What a difference a month makes!
When the Russians pull out after an ignominious defeat, what happens next?
My guess is it will be a repeat of US focus on supporting Israel after the 1967 6-days war when the Israeli military proved itself more than capable of utterly defeating its enemies, in one of the most humiliating defeats in history.
The problem with the US and NATO entering the war early is that it would easily have been arguable that Ukraine was weak and the people were not united against Russia, but bullied by a NATO 'takeover'.
What the Ukrainians had to prove is that they have the steeled resolve to win at all costs; and they have proved that (something for Taiwan to read into).
And, now that Ukrainians have become the latest of Europe's heros, the EU, NATO and (particularly) the US are going to want Ukraine in the family of democracies.... Fast.
The USA has the Tomahawk cruise missile.
The French have the MdCN and SCALP cruise missile.
The Germans have the Taurus KEPD 350 cruise missile.
All of them are game changers and could have wiped
out the Russian attacks in 2 hours.
All 3 countries could have set them up inside Ukraine and trained the Ukrainians to use them.
They didn't - they allowed the Russians to butcher the people of Ukraine
and turn their cities into rubble.
They are all bastards who sit back and watch the carnage and do nothing.
