Just so. We have the victim's testimony, along with E.Jean Carroll, who is currently suing the big fella for rape in a department store dressing room. We also have Ivana Trump's victim statement taken during their divorce proceedings of a rape that took place in the Trump penthouse.

That's three depositions with clear evidence of rape: forced, violent penetration by the big fella.

They're just the rape claims. We have 16 other victims of sexual harassment who have come forward. Some of these incidents included digital penetration, which would also fit the statutory definition of rape in most US jurisdictions.
