Well - there are differing views on this... this needs a full and proper investigation and a full and proper and open trial with all the versions of events laid on the table.

This is a CIVIL matter here, not a criminal one.. that is a separate issue with different standards.

Chances are, given his fame, BRS could be found to have been defamed even if the court upholds the version of events of other witnesses. Defamation law is funny like that.
