Work on your diet—more green veges, fruit etc Forget about supplements—a con.

Oh yeah—stop smoking, cut the booze etc.

Stopping smoking is hard, I know, I went through it. For a while work to cut down the number of fags per day. Look for a motivation—not your own health, that just makes you smoke more! My motivation was not to be a shuffling, Ventolin inhaling, farting old wreck when my fave niece had her kids. BOOM! Never smoked again.

After you stop try to avoid places where lots of people smoke, just for 4-6 weeks. For a couple of days, drink lots of water, flush the nicotine out of your system. Patches, vaping—that is not giving up, stop fooling yourself!

If you don’t want to or can’t—I won’t judge you, went through hell myself trying to give up.

Some figures for a day or two ago in Qld:

We do NOT have figures for mask wearing and social distancing.

50% were double vaxxed which make up >90% of the wider population, this means the vaccines work.

No vaccine works 100%. This is a new rathe vicious virus that has hit a population that is largely overweight and unfit. The vaccines will improve, becoming more effective while causing fewer problems. It is a pulmonary disease spread by coughing etc, hard to eradicate.

As to “more than half of the deaths” twelve is a very small sample, just random variation could have made it over half. If the number of deaths is well under 95% then the vaccine is working.

You yourself say here: http://www.ozpolitic.com/forum/YaBB.pl?num=1639880492/762#762 that the number of deaths among the double vaxxed was less than half—that was from a larger sample.

If the number of deaths among the double vaxxed is 50% than the vaccine gives you sixteen times better survival rate!
