The last little Messiah from France who tried to cross the Channel came a cropper, so don't try dictating to the Taiwaners until you're marching down Zhongshan Road!

So I anticipate Xitler trying to cross Taiwan Strait will come a cropper.... violates Taiwanese airspace on a daily basis as if by right, but somehow refuses freedom of the seas to every other nation in the South China Sea... sounds like a stupid and short-sighted dictator to me.

He'll come a cropper internally soon.... sadly his nationals might suffer with him from economic downturn.

Taiwan as an island 'is' Chinese.
Taiwan as a Nationalistic Political Party, is not.
Pretty simple. The West should stay out of it.
Just like Drug Dealer Britain had to fold and move out of Hong Kong while all the drug addicts went crazy and rioted about no longer getting their drugs from the British anymore.

You watch what Britain will do to France soon. Germany has had its turn, now it's France's. Like Jews to Jesus, Britain will bring about the Crucifixion of France, with the help of the rest of Europe. Italy will stand by France a bit, like it did with Germany.

Of Britain, Germany, France and Italy.
Only Britain, will fail to be 'European'.

We tend not to execute opposing political party members and so forth.... there is a world of difference between Taiwanese thought and CCP thought... as I said long ago, the Taiwanese are Chinese - just not that kind of Chinese and they don't wish to be.

If there was reasonable middle ground, it would be OK, but there is not. It's one or the other, Black and White, for the aggressor here... and we know who that is.

Well - he has had certain potential opponents 'sanctioned' for being Ungood Party members etc... Stalin was very good at that... any whiff of the possibility of opposition could mean a gulag at best or a bullet behind the ear. If it hadn't been for the Asiatics under thrall to the USSR, he would have thrown away the Great Patriotic War against the Fascists. the German Command complained that the Russians were throwing in Untermenschen Asiatics! Hardly cricket....

You're right Grapps.

Taiwan is full of Chinese, just full of Nationalistic Chinese, not Communist. It's a Political thing, but Taiwan is 'Chinese' and Taiwan needs to be pulled back into place and not draw other nations into their failure to succeed as Nationalists against the Communists.

It could be worse for Taiwan - they could be ruled by a Biden-Democrat-Media party. Grin
