And because everybody (not just pony-ride operators) know that it can't be eradicated, we have to learn to live with it.

Moreover, learning to live with it means masks, social distancing, and lockdowns.

Doing absolutely nothing isn't learning to live with it - it's learning to die with it.

I really need to stop doing things like this but the temptation is just too great.

Sorry (not really).

Another 3 cases.

https://www.9news.com.au/national/coronavirus-update-australian-capital-territor...

Quote:
Three further cases of COVID-19 have been recorded in Canberra as the Australian Capital Territory entered a snap seven-day lockdown.
9News can confirm the three new cases are all close contacts of the original positive case found in a man in his 20s today.
The man is the capital's first local case of COVID-19 in more than a year and is believed to have been infectious in the community.
The outbreak total now stands at four infections.

Have you started eating that fake diploma you put up yet?

There needs to be a fence of steel between the Eastern states and the west, Tasmania is on it's own.

So, what solutions have you proposed to combat the virus which the government has not yet entertained, John?

you are very foolish.

if you lockdown for 1 case, presumably you say that you cant stop your lockdown til you have zero.

and with delta, you wont get to zero.

so what you are saying is "lockdown for months"

can australia lockdown til 2022.

i say no.

you will demolish the country

but ny your logic, that is what will happen.

social distancing and masks....no problem... they are measures of
personal responsibility

No.

I'm leaps & bounds more intelligent, educated, and reasonable than you.

Are they shutting down the supermarkets in Canberra to cause panic buying? Why not just get your groceries as normal?

so exactly when can you end a lockdown.

the qld chief health officer says

when you have no community spread.

that will not be the case in NSW or victoria and eventually the rest of oz from now on.

so tell us greg, when does gladys end the lockdown in western sydeny.
