are still subject to lockdowns,
are still subject to mask wearing mandates,
are still subject to travel restrictions,
and can still be contagious with the COVID virus,
and some of those persons are still becoming ill enough to require hospitalisation, when they become ill with COVID !

Hey Governments !!!!!!

Give us access to a treatment which will REALLY GIVE US PROTECTION FROM THE COVID VIRUS !!!

Some people are too stupid for words....Johnson is not saying the vaccines don't work, he is saying the lockdowns were responsible for slowing the spread of the virus until the vaccination programme could get up and running.

No vaccine is 100% effective, you can still become ill from whatever you were vaccinated against. However a vaccine will reduce the effects of that illness in most of the people who have used it. Roll Eyes

In other words. Even if you get vaccinated and get COVID there is a benefit. You will suffer less consequences and less risk of hospitalisation and death.

Guess what, I'm happy with that. Getting vaccinated for a disease that I still might catch but will brush off relatively quickly versus not being vaccinated catching the disease and potentially ending up in ICU.
