At the beach today there was a small group of 20 something girls and guys drinking margaritas (in milkshake cups) in the park behind me. The cops approached them and I thought they'd get moved on, instead they said, hey guys you're only supposed to be out for exercise, so move your arms around or something so we don't have to come back please. Love it!
