i think people stuck in the city suffer from "sick building syndrome"
covid spreading thru walls would seem to confirm this suspicion
i also have zero fear of germs.
I clean the bath about once every fortnight. I recently cleaned the toilet inside and out of whatever build up my body odours leave in the room. Yesterday, I had a sore throat that died off very quickly. I had a headache last night. It was gone by morning, even when I had to get up after 4 or 5 hours sleep.
So, I have to conclude that my recent sicknesses are cleaning related. I am going to go around and disinfect the walls and the ceiling fans as I clean this whole house. I will make the bet that I will be sick a few days later.
yeah
sick building syndrome
all that cleaning stuff is dangerous.the japanese are fanatical about it and not letting their kids play in the dirt.
and their incidence of asthma and allergies has sky rocketed.
the incidence of peanut allergy in the west is also thru the roof because people refuse to challenge their kids with peanuts!!!!.
how do you become stronger?
you face down a challenge
kids should be given a peanut infusion along with plenty of dirt sandwiches when they are babies.
then they will be resilient
you shoudl insist bullies come over and torment your kids
then they will be resilient
when you try to hide from a threat, you just get weaker.
my neighbour always drank water from the river, so i do too.
lots of germs
yummy
keeps your immune system on alert
its why covid holds no fears
and the vaccine holds no fears.
eat, drink and ingest as many germs and chemicals as you can lay your hands on
I barely use chemicals! I have always used minimum if any. If you go to an Enjo demonstration, how to clean your world without any chemicals.... just fibrous cloths and water.... so good!
Even do a survey of where to buy personal cleaning products without harmful chemicals.
I was invited to the ABC women’s survey, answering a lot of questions (it’s for the study of women and illnesses/deaths etc)
Sometimes, the questions tell me what may contribute to a healthy immune system.
Of course they are how many veges and fruit we have, how much meat, alcohol, smoking etc.
But the most interesting question was... if we were on a farm when younger. I was for the first 3 years of my life.
Little grotty tomboy I was...among animals, pets, etc.
I read some time earlier, that a baby/child’s immune system is better and stronger when exposed to all those “farm” elements.
My dad used to say to people how I never had any sicknesses as a child, never had to go to the doctor.
So there must be something to that, asking that we, as youngsters, ever grew up on farms. There are photos of little blond curly hair me, amongst chooks, geese, dog and cat.
I used to hide from mum in the chook shed with the chooks as they squawked and I told they chooks to “sshhhh” be quiet!
I’m lucky I’ve been on rain tank water all my life.
And I think I’m lucky I wasn’t as inoculated back in that era as so many bubbies and kids have since!
As I do catch cold/flu .... I know my immune system is good and will do it’s job. How well do people know/trust their immune system? How well do people know what will strengthen or weaken the immune system?
