I sit in a lounge chair watching the news. When I have finished my meal, I have a hobby of trying to stand up without using my hands. I do that easily these days. Last year, I would have to push myself up with both hands. That challenge of yours about sitting on a floor and getting up one handed push is easily beat by doing it no-handed. It is a matter of rolling into a kneeling position and then standing up.

Forget Biden's fitness level. I think I could outsprint you and probably outlift you as well.

I was out at a league's club near the bar getting myself a drink. I missed the stairs and had a slight tumble until I was fallen to the floor. My biggest concern was not about my slight injury, but for not spilling the drink. People had a chuckle at my expense. But, I redeemed myself by doing a push up off the floor into a standing position. I had not been able to do that in years. But it was a good feeling to shut people up and not spill the drink in the process.
