You are probably a bigger idiot than Booby! I am 74 and retired you moron! But I have done six weeks hard work Dec–Jan and Feb–Mar on what was my block until I sold it for 317% profit.
A block of land in Tassie?
You would be surprised how Tasmania has boomed recently... much to my surprise too Neferti.
My son and his wife were over in Tassy last weekend, my son brought back a real estate paper showing prices of properties.
I’m blown away at the prices so “up there” !

I also find out how our Victorian regional areas have absolutely boomed after Covid! Everyone wants to escape the city and even tenants looking for rentals in peninsula or regional can’t find available rentals! Even having to offer more to try and clinch a rental property!
Our dearest lifelong friends have moved to regional near Gippsland and bough their property on 2 acres for $500K 15 months ago... it’s now worth $700K and agents are on their backs to sell but our friend won’t budge and happy to stay put after all the hassle of shifting and house hunting etc.
With interest rates at around 2% for loans....and post Covid... it’s become sheer madness!
Yes.... even in Tasmania more so!
