This isn't like remembering what you had for dinner 32 days ago. Its remembering a traumatic event

there isnt a public figure around who wont be susceptible to this type of "accusation".

all reputation destroying.

want to destroy someones reputation.

get someone from your tribe to alledge  the "me-too" game.

disgraceful and disgusting

Then stop acting like "alpha" males.
I heard someone say the other day that these woke men like Pastafarian are like Turkeys voting for Christmas. Absolute lemmings. destroying this man's life when there's no prospects of conviction ior getting to the truth because its 32 years old and she cant give evidence because shes dead and it seems, there are no other witnesses to what happened AND she did not file a formal complaint for 32 years, its disgusting. And if you cant work out that its disgusting your that Turkey the joke is talking about.

...

A Mens' Rights Activist speaking again.  This was obviously a traumatic event.  Young women obviously don't think about the Police all that much when they are ashamed of what happened to them.  Time for you start thinking about what drove her to suicide.  Tsk, tsk.  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

1988?

so she was assaulted and then , because this is a criminal act, she proceeded to the police station.

except it took her 32 years to get there .

FFS.

there should be a statute of limitations.

people cant recall what happened 32 days ago, much less 32 years.

this avenue of mud slinging has to cease.

and apart from the reputation trashing , what is the prospect of a conviction.

the whole western legal system is based on "innocent until proven guilty"

allegations are just that, meaningless drivel until tested and proven in a court of law.

disgraceful, disgusting stuff

Totally disgusting. And whats a corona going to find. She told some friends and family some time later (hearsay). She wrote it in a dairy some time later (hearsay). Has anyone, esp police ever spoken to porter re the allegation and got anything even approaching an admission? A letter from him to the lady "Im sorry I raped you that day". If there's nothing but this lady's allegation that she did nothing about for 33 years and the reports indicate that she suffered from mental illness. Trial by feminism is what this is and its disgusting.

A  Mens' Rights Activist speaking here.  Tsk, tsk.  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

The word, BTW, is "Coroner" not a "Corona".  There is a clear difference in meaning between the two.  Look them up.  Tsk, tsk.  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Hehehehe burnt you again did I? You're so desperate. Too frightened to engage in adult discussion because your always end up looking a fool and so instead you call people name, post emojis and now, Correcting spelling Grin Grin Grin. Hopeless!

I think you got mommy issues. From what you wrote about her she sounds, well, not nice. It cant have been very pleasant growing up in her household. No wonder BullShyteRoose grew up to be a turkey who votes for christmas. Oh and a fake too of course!

In one of my jobs, we had to do sexual harassment training every 12 months.

This was because we interacted with so many different people every day and they wanted to cover their arses.

The questionnaire at the end of each training session had to be completed with a 95% correct rate.

The easy way to pass was to answer every question as if the male was in the wrong and anything he did or thought was sexual harassment.

The woman was, in every case, the victim.

In one session, the trainer was as butch as they come.
She was hitting on one of the ladies in the front row.
The lady, a co-working friend, told me she was uncomfortable with the attention.
I suggested she report it as harassment.
She said she couldn't because the butch  trainer was a female.

At the end of the class the butch  trainer again approached the lady.
She was trying to get away, so I walked up and asked if she needed a lift back to the office.
She jumped at the chance and we got away.
When we got back to the office, the butch shela had already reported me for sexual harassment for asking the lady if she wanted a lift.

The lady backed me up, as did several other workers who observed what was going on.
The whole exercise was brushed under the carpet.
But the next year we had a different trainer.

There has been plenty of media speculation about an Inquest to be held in SA, where she died.

There are avenues that can be pursued if Morrison has the balls....Malcolm Turnbull is onto it!!!

Quote:
Mr Turnbull said the matter needed to be brought to a head before parliament resumes in a fortnight.

“It is impossible for him to function in that cabinet,’’ he said.

“It’s not tenable.”

Despite the woman having made previous attempts on her own life in the years leading up to the suicide, Mr Turnbull admits it’s “counterintuitive” but is now calling for a full coronial inquiry and police investigation.

“All I know is that she is dead. It certainly has been reported in the media as a suicide. I have a question mark in my own mind about the timing of it because it seems counter intuitive,’’ he said.

“Now it’s said that she suicided. Did she?”

"Did she?"

Hmm.....that's a bridge too far Malcolm.  There has never ever been any suggestion her death was not the immediate result of some suicidal act.

Yes, but I regard that as a deliberate malicious bit of white anting by a pissed off, dumped former PM who is not gonna miss an opportunity to have any cheap shot at anyone who may have been part of his downfall.

I'd rather they weren't.  I'd rather that they had the strength of character to both fight against rape and to report it to the Police afterwards, if they fail to prevent it.  However, I recognise that many are shrinking violets as far as physical stuff goes, all too often.  Fail to do so is to wish upon the moon.  We are dealing with women, today, who have been taught by their parents and society that they must suck it up and put up with men who behave in an appalling manner, all too often.   Roll Eyes

Maybe....However as a prominent figure who knew the circumstances don't you think Malcolm's intervention makes an inquiry more likely....Which supports what you said???
