Comrade Joe is going to sack anyone who says a word out of place
For example, if you say "Kamala", you'll get sacked
Indeed he will.
https://au.news.yahoo.com/fired-on-the-spot-biden-issues-stern-warning-to-staff-...Sleepy Joe wants to avoid the tactics of his predecessor; a White House steeped in a culture of bullying and intimidation. By all accounts, Trump enjoyed this dynamic. He told Bob Woodward he cultivated it.
This culture gave rise to the most toxic administration in modern US history, but it also had an effect on the rest of the country: Trump's management style spread into schools. This bullying culture got a name: the
Trump effect.
https://www.the74million.org/study-on-post-election-student-bullying-adds-teeth-...Yes, while Melania worked on her anti-bullying project, "Be Best", state education departments were funding campaigns in schools to eradicate the culture her own husband cultivated.
https://people.com/politics/melania-trump-says-cyberbullying-has-deadly-impact/So yes, Bias, here's hoping Sleepy Joe is able to turn this around. I'm sure you'll agree: what goes on in the White House influences the rest of the country. Funding anti-bullying campaigns in schools while the president models bullying is a waste of resources. Running a campaign to stop online bullying while your husband uses social media to promote hate speech is rather counter-productive.
This was, of course, the view of Twitter, Facebook and others, who banned him. But for evidence of the impact of a president's words on his followers, look no further than the Capitol rioters themselves:
https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/trump-rioters-testimony/2021/01/16/01b3d..."Trump told us to do it." For many if not most, that's their legal defence. They crossed the line from civil protest to criminal violence based on what the president said. If a president could have that effect upon his followers, imagine the impact upon his own employees.
