Just been reading it...

I like the bit where he praises the British class system and agrees in principle with the merits of an (economic) aristocracy, although a system allowing for inheritable rank also has its merits...

The lower classes and racially impure have their place... In the military, just not in the officers' ranks...

Riveting stuff... The man's a visionary.

Enlighten that, founding fathers...
