There's 50 states in the house, of those 50, 37 are Republicans at that moment.
Aa Republican Congress will Constitutionally vote in the next president!

He'll be physically removed from the White House, as a trespasser.

There is no legal requirement for him to concede.

If he doesn't, Joe Biden still becomes POTUS on January 20 next year.

Smiley

As of 12:01 pm on that day, Trump becomes unemployed. Concession or no concession.

Democrats have a majority of seats in Congress, Sprint, but the Congress does not get to vote in a president. Are you suggesting it should?

Are you suggesting a change to the Constitution?

Excuse me, Panther, Sprint’s trying to interfere with your beloved Constitution.

Would you like to set him straight?

In a time of universal deceit — telling the truth is a revolutionary act.

No evidence whatsoever it can be attributed to George Orwell or Eric Arthur Blair (in fact the same guy)

The President conceding is only a convention. The final counting numbers lock in the Electoral college numbers then The elected number of reps in the electoral college vote in the President.

States can act in bad faith and elect to try to rig the outcome in which case both sets of electors would show up at the electoral college and it would likely be sorted in the supreme court. Had the result been close or in doubt this would have been almost a certainty. However we have a Biden landslide and nobody can really put any serious doubt on the result.

Even a rigged supreme court is unlikely to end democracy and their own role in the USA. Not going to happen.

He knows hes gone. Like all con men hes planning his next sting. The first part of his next con is already in place, hes managed to convince his marks to wear red hats so easy to spot.

Yes, but Sprint’s asking what if? It’s a hypothetical.

You gotta have a dream, no? What if Mr Trump doesn’t concede and everyone just forgets? He can just stay in the White House and watch TV and tweet and head off to play golf indefinitely. Maybe no one will say anything.

Sprint’s just saying. Happy talk. Remember, if you don’t have a dream, then how-a you going-to make-a your dream come true?

Al Gore waited 37 days to concede in 2000.
