Oh I see plenty of them around where I live. Kangaroos nibble my garden plants. Lyrebirds don't come in, but see heaps of them around the edge of the Trees.

Never seen one in the wild. I wish they were as common as bush turkeys.

I have seen them. I was climbing a hill, and heard cows mooing. Then spotted the Lyrebird mooing. when we camped on the top of the hill, we heard cows mooing in the distance from a farm in the distance. Amazing.

They are very good at the mimicking.
