I like the song about When the deep purple falls over sleepy garden walls. The Osmands (I think) sang a rendition of it, but I'd heard it before that somewhere

when I hear it in whatever version, I see it in my mind -- a middle aged woman leaning on a garden wall while children play nearby. A moment of contentment and those in my mind's image are from olden times -- could be 1700s for all I know. I love it
