The amount of Thorium available is almost unlimited.
It exists in huge quantities above ground in the tailings of mines.
Molten salt reactors are proven technology and
China and India are working on them 24 hours a day
to design and construct a commercial size reactor.
In the future people will look back in disgust
at all the stinking coal we burnt when such enormous
power was right at our feet all the time.
