Perhaps if the African Americans feel the need for a place without police, where they feel safe, where they can take charge of their lives and respect each other and thrive, they could take a leaf out of this community in probably one of the most violent countries in the world.

Perhaps African Americans wouldn't be a target if being only 13% of the population they didn't commit 50% of Murders and violent crime. And even considering that, they are less likely to die in custody percentage wise than others.
