Patriotic Call: Spend for Australia!
Mar 15th, 2020 at 11:38am

ScoMo is now doing the American 'Patriotic' call.

"Spend for your Country!"

To help protect his precious Economy and fellow Politicians.
ScoMo wants all Australians to SPEND THEIR MONEY!

Really>?
In a Crises like this, where people are forced to spend already and make Supermarkets gain their best SALE ON RECORD at 200% more than a Christmas Sale. Where every Company is now trying to sell their Product as a 'Corona virus' deterrant and cash in on the panic.

So send ourselves broke to save his Economy.  Roll Eyes

In a Crises like this SAVINGS is everything.
Unless your money is 'imprisoned' in a Cashless Society,
rather than a tin under your bed and when Stockmarkets crash - it dissapears just like all your Super did when the GFC drop hit.  Roll Eyes

ScoMo is about as Patriotic an Australian as a Venezuelan President is for his country.  Roll Eyes

ScoMo would take the money and run to America if he ever had the chance.

Andrew Constance on the other hand would stick by his fellow Australians.
The people of Bega call his office Constantinople - that's how much they love him.

Actually, it could turn out that people say "bugger it!" I'm going to enjoy myself instead of worrying about death from a virus.

They might spend up and "live a little" as this crisis just highlights how short life is.

So, yes ... spend up my lovelies.  Smiley

Live a little.

Enjoy yourselves.  Cool

Jesus Christ... people are stupid.  Went to the supermarket for a single bag of frozen vegetables to fill out a stew - after being astounded at the traffic in the carpark, then there were idiots coming out with truckloads of stuff, and not a parking space in sight (I pulled up in the roadway for the chemist - stuff it).

What the hell is wrong with people?

The only good thing is once the idiots finish their panic buying, and are locked down indoors 24/7 - the rest of us can shop in peace for our few items.

FFS.

Ration cards are next - idiots.  Hope Woolies and Coles put a ban on all returns.

How much can one live it up when surrounded by hundreds of rolls of toilet paper? Brewing it into grog, perhaps?

spend it on what? pubs, cinemas, restaurants, clubs etc places are closed or closing, supermarkets are chaotic .. hardly enjoyable, shopping centers are empty

I went to a club for dinner and a beer with a mate last week, there were 6 people in there. More staff than customers. It's only a matter of time before they, and other like them, shut shop until this is over.
