R0 is as much to with environmental issues as it has to do with the virus. Now which countries are displaying R0 values of 2 ??? Hint R0 values will be different in each country depending on what steps they are taking to contain the spread of it !

Dutton last week attended an event in the US on countering child exploitation, and was pictured with Ivanka Trump and Attorney General William Barr.
“Ivanka is exhibiting no symptoms and does not need to self-quarantine,” the White House told Business Insider in a statement.
On Thursday the White House said that President Donald Trump was not being tested for the coronavirus despite attending an event with a Brazilian official who has the virus."

That's brain-dead. The virus is asymptomatic which means you can show no symptoms initially and have the virus as wellas be extremely contageous !! Who are these people who think they don't need to be tested ?? This sets a very dangerous precedent Sad

This is what happens when you don't contain the virus early !
