Indeed.

This is the tactic used by Boy Trudeau against the Canadian truckies who dared to protest covid mandates.

The firebreathing Muslims are treated with kids' gloves because the authorities know that they have a huge and active base that supports them and would riot at the drop of a hat.
They can treat peaceful black shorts much more harshly because they know they have no support base that is going to go apeshite like the Muslims.
