In this case, we should refrain from judgement until we know more details of whats happening.

If you were a lesser individual(which is hard to imagine, so let's go with status wise) if a parole officer breaches you, you go back to gaol, no ifs or butts.

He was convicted of serious crimes which is why they revoked bail for even a minor breach. He must be pretty thick.

There is a difference between support and not overreacting. In my opinion he should be breached if he breached his parole, plain and simple, you want out of gaol, follow the rules. On the other hand I don't see him talking to his nephew or being slow in reporting his accounts as a capital offense per se but he should be breached on them.

I know, I've said he should be breached. Anyone else would be. He can then take it up with the parole board.
