Look at the legitimate link (60 minutes) it has nothing to do with what is in the OP....The other link is a crap denier blog....I suppose it's a sign of someone with a lack of education that they cannot disseminate fact from fiction....It is called confirmation bias!!!

Yes They caved in.

However Ball was taken to court by Mann. Mann lost because he did absolutely nothing to advance the case. Why didn't he?

Mann lost the court case late 2019 in Canada but you would be hard pressed to find a mainstream media outlet that still has it up for ALL to see.

That's why I have to resort to bloggers and such.

Why is that mate.....?

Why wont the mainstream media report to ALL the world that the hockey stick is indeed WRONG......!

If it was a sceptic who got it wrong it would be advertised for all to see..

That is if Mann had won the court case it would be world news.

Mann didn't provide the proof as to whether he should have been "in the State Penn". He was supposed to provide the documents that would prove he had not done anything wrong with the data.

Mann kept on delaying and would not advance his case.
