What is geoengineering?
Geoengineering aims to tackle climate change by removing CO2 from the air or limiting the sunlight reaching the planet

Geoengineering schemes are projects designed to tackle the effects of climate change directly, usually by removing CO2 from the air or limiting the amount of sunlight reaching the planet's surface. Although large-scale geoengineering is still at the concept stage, advocates claim that it may eventually become essential if the world wants to avoid the worst effects of climate change. Critics, by contrast, claim that geoengineering isn't realistic – and may be a distraction from reducing emissions.

I think the safest thing to say is that there is no evidence that Geo-Engineering is currently being undertaken.

Five geoengineering solutions proposed to fight climate change

There are currently two main approaches under the geoengineering umbrella: carbon-dioxide removal (CDR) and solar radiation management (SRM).

The science, which is still largely based on theoretical models, has been criticised for being untested, risky and offering a false promise of salvation in a moment when policy-makers need to make difficult decisions.

It appears that geoengineering is a theory to control CO2 & solar radiation, it is not happening, people are looking at this concept to control our weather as I see it. But it isn't really happening at this point in time.

Fortunately, people are aware of it, now

and talking about it

Govt. as usual lives in its bubble and remains stuck in 1999, when they believed no one knew what they and their overseers were up to

More Aussies these days are in overseas online fora than are in Aussie fora. Which makes sense, considering our isolation and population size

but even Aussies put evidence of geoengineering online

If the media reported it then what would you make of all these claims that CO2 is responsible for everything.

What you have written are just some of the things they are conducting experiments on.

I'm still a bit confused here.

Geoengineering is supposed to be about making our climate better as I understand it (I must admit I had never heard about it till this thread appeared.)

So what is the problem exactly?

If people want to seed clouds in order to enhance rainfall aren't they helping us?

Is anyone doing something to willfully destroy us?

Can someone who is knowledgeable about this concept, please tell us in plain words, what people are doing and why?

Well moses I cannot explain the science any better than the articles I have posted.

One thing that I can be sure of though is that these scientists let’s call them that for now that are conducting these experiments DONOT KNOW what the outcome will be or the consequences of these experiments.

They just find it interesting that they can do these things and think it’s worth exploring.

Think about it they are disrupting wind patterns around the world what will that do to our ocean currents, they can create and or destroy cloud formation.

They can lift the atmosphere up in certain places so a missile carrying a nuclear war head coming towards them can experience an unexpected drag force which will destroy it.

Want me to say it again they are lifting the atmosphere in certain places you know our sanctuary the thing that keeps us alive, lifting the atmosphere doesn’t ring alarm bells for you…..???

How do they know what effects this will have on weather patterns around the world….?

If you’re worried about a little bit of manmade CO2 going up into the atmosphere then these experiments should be sending you supernova like it has me.

You know that we have over 12 HAARP systems all over Australia that I know of, these can also be linked with other HAARP systems from all across the globe to get a global effect.

Australia has had very clear skies for quite a while now ie no cloud cover for weeks, I don’t really know if this is natural or not but are these twits for scientists conducting experiments while the bush fires are raging.

Then you have to ask yourself all this wild weather that we have been having is it because we have warmed since the little ice age, is it because the of the extra CO2 in the air or is it because these f@rk wits are conducting weather and climate change experiments all over the world in 50 countries.
