Thank you again to all who voted. 

I hope with such a big turn out in the vote that this will lead to more people actually participating here.

In that spirit, I want everyone to know how I plan on moderating the Fringe.

I hope that not much moderation is required, we're all adults, but I plan on taking a very light touch approach, especially now that things have settled down since the election.

Obviously anything illegal will be removed and action taken to ensure it is not repeated.

I will be using the general forum rules as a guideline but as I've mentioned already, just like in the schoolyard there is room for some argy-bargy to help posters sort things out, but any excessive personal attacks or trolling will be commented on, warned about and further action taken, if needed.

I will not be making any ruling lightly and I value the feedback of others in the community.

The exchange of ideas is what is important here.  Not everyone will agree but that makes for a better community.

I hope to see more of you posting soon!

Aside from the standard forum rules, I will try not to moderate posts here, but there are some are some exceptions:

No death threats
I don't care if it's a meme or "just kidding", no death threats.

Excessive Spam
Reposting the same thing over and over?  That's spamming.  Subsequent posts will be removed, it just distracts from the topic being discussed.

I don't want to ban anyone from The Fringe, but if the rules are repeatedly broken, you will be warned and action will be taken where needed.

I will not be locking this thread so please consider it open as the "Feedback" area for the Fringe however please feel free to PM me with any questions or concerns.
