I remember seeing a small bush burst into flames as a child.....we were on our way to the local swimming pool and there was this rather small shrub which suddenly burst into flames it was a hot summer in London but nothing like this.....I would believe many trees and scrub would generate fire especially our very own gum trees........a fire waiting to happen......it will be interesting to see how quick it all regenerates when this is over.......our bush thrives on fire...

Dont remember if i mentioned this before but in 2007 i was 2km away from a fire in sydney and i saw a fireball come in the wind and start a fire across the street from me. It was scary.
