I have always questioned the sanity of Aussies who travel to Hawaii for holiday, particularly those who are not well-travelled and spend their hard-earned dollars on a vacation they could get cheaper closer to home. Waikiki? Yuck. Hoards of Chinese tourists? No thanks. You want to see beaches then stay home.

Instead of supporting firefighters or communities affected by bushfires, Scott Morrison spent the first day of the year partying with cricketers at Kirribilli.

He had this to say.

You set a very, VERY low standard for Liberal PMs. Why is that?

He has permanent damage to his authority and he won't be able to recover.

Here's why. Scumo was warned about the fire danger TEN MONTHS AGO. He ignored the warnings and refused to meet with the fire chiefs.

We're about to find out what happens when a government is in office for one term too long. It won't be pretty.
