The Ukrainian leader and the prosecutor both gave affidavits. There was no quid pro quo - fact!

However there is obstruction of justice by .. the Democrats.

They have used every possible connivance to prevent an investigation that was halted by Joe into Burisma and the Russian hoax. Not to mention Giuliani's own investigation that the Dems have attempted to torpedo.

So why are having this embarrassing charade? Because they know that Joe is guilty and an investigation will open a Pandora's box of criminal activity.

You are relying on the idea that "Well Trump didn't say "I'm bribing you" or "this is a quid pro quo", in fact he said the opposite, after he was exposed, on a phone call he knew was being recorded, "I don't want a quid pro quo", therefore, it's all been disproven."

Nah... Where is the conspiratorial brain failures you display when attacking your opponents? Why is it turned off for Trump?

One of the Democrats’ so-called expert witnesses disliked President Donald Trump long before the Ukraine phone call that is now the subject of the impeachment inquiry against him.

Rediscovered footage shows Stanford Law School professor Pamela Karlan at the 2017 American Constitution Society National Convention explaining just how far her hatred of Trump goes.

Karlan chairs the ACS board of directors, where she uses her elitist law background to push her viewpoints to the nation.

“I came in from the airport yesterday and I got off the bus from Dulles down at L’Enfant Plaza and I walked up to the hotel,” Karlan said at the convention, “and I was walking past what used to be the old post office building and is now the Trump Hotel.”

“I had to cross the street of course.”

When a fellow panelist asked if she was staying there, Karlan had a stark reply.

“God no,” she said to laughs from the audience. “Never.”

Let that sink in: Karlan’s hatred for the president is so deep-seated that she refused to even walk by a hotel that shares his name.

Considering Karlan’s behavior at the impeachment inquiry hearing Wednesday, it doesn’t appear that the law scholar has warmed up to Trump since her snide comments years ago.

She argued that Trump committed impeachable offenses and testified that he should be removed from office.

The Vice-President has no actual duties outside of ceremonial, or voting to break a tie in the US Senate. The Vice-President of the United States has no Executive Powers given him by the United States Constitution, so he couldn't hold up a dime authorized to be spent on Foreign Aid, unless he was delegated that authority by the President of the United States, who as Chief Executive of the US Government, oversees the expenditures authorized by Congress to the the United States Agency for International Development....aka....U.S.A.I.D.E.
