All four Legal scholars agreed that Trump should be impeached if he did what he did, even the republicans scholar.

Then the Republican supporting legal scholar argued that because the extortion was unsuccessful there was no crime. (Fail).

Also argued that the obstruction had to go to the courts and be confirmed for obstruction to be possible - deeply flawed argument, the Republicans only argument. But of course making that argument is conceding that Trump is guilty. (Fail)
