they must go to a lot of work to get away with it.
If online at the same time as their normal ID
they'd have to use a different browser for each,
and some sort of VPN to have a different IP address.

Free proxy servers don't allow videos and other items to be seen and
they report an IP as a proxy.
It certainly would be a determined effort.
