Upgraded Foxtel Satellite Set Top Box IQ2 to IQ4

Hi Guys

I have recently upgraded my Foxtel STB from IQ2 to IQ4 but am having an annoying flickering breaks of picture/sound some of the time.

The iQ4 is great in the respect it offers all your Foxtel channels and also your free to air channels via a FTA aerial and the ability to record the FTA channels with series link and also offers NETFLIX.

The bloody flickering is driving me nuts , lots of complaints on the net, have any of you had the same issue and any suggested solutions

Some suggest it is a recent software upgrade

Do not adjust your TV hardware. The problem is in your head.

I bought her a new TV as a birthday present and she didn't notice the issue after that. She had an old Sony LCD that was nearly 10 years old. I never noticed it, but then again, maybe she was just trying to score a new TV haha. Sorry I can't offer anything helpful

After Foxshit sending me another IQ4 box and issue still happening, I have ordered a new 4K UHD TV so lets see what happens.
