Here's another one to get your goat, can we curry it?. That black hunter gatherer in Britain that I think Brian posted(Cheddar man?) to have a go at white people... He has no DNA in European modern people, he was wiped out. The farmers with ME DNA did most of the job, we still have some of their DNA, up to 20%, I believe. Although out of Africans each have 2-4% Neanderthal DNA, per person, as a whole we have 20%. Then the second wave of invaders, the Eurasian steppe people wiped out the HG and most of the ME farmer DNA. These are the same people that settled from western China to Europe. These are the people we owe for most of our DNA. These are the people that brought the Bronze age and the wheel to China. Extremely successful and superior cultures.

As i have said twice already, almost all outbreaks and pandemics have been as a result of us screwing up in one way or another. Either p[olluting our weenvironment, imbalancing the microbial sdcales or delving too deeply and creating environments sustainable to pathogens.

There is no genetic superiority, as you astonishingly claim, through Europeans nearly killing themselves a few times over. In fact, a good proportion of those who survived were inbred little runts who's daddy owned huge tracts of land and could afford to get out of town.

If anyt advantage was gained, it mat have been through some resistance to the bubonic plague. Not much use now, not since penicillin. Not much else to speak of.

You'd know that if you had even the vaguest idea of the science you're citing.

As for HIV, nobody knows how it started but it was almost certainly through buggering about where we shouldn't. Microbes have a way of putting us in our box.
