You might find you wouldn't be able to personally attack people to the extent you currently do, but that would go for anyone, not just you.  And since this place is built on personal attacks, I wouldn't be "nanny" about it either.  Sometimes people need to get in a little scuffle in a bar or the playground to sort things out, but those things would be stopped before they escalated to unacceptable levels.

It would also mean I would need to be better at putting my money where my mouth is.  None of this lowering myself to your level and responding in kind anymore, at least not within the Fringe.

You started a thread titled "Robots are Here" citing a video as evidence that "New Robot Makes Soldiers Obsolete" but the video is from a VFX crew showing off their skills, aka, it's totally fake.

It's not even real. 

The entire genesis of the thread is a fraud, yet now you want to fake concern about others wanting to "demean and corrupt the Fringe content"?

I like the Fringe, I like discussing conspiracies, the fact that you're even claiming on and off when the poll numbers aren't in your favour that it's because of a Freemasons plot, like you're that important, is a valid Fringe topic, but I don't like it when people make claims based off blatantly false information as if it's fact.

Light has been trolling me for years on these forums, not just Fringe.  One can't go through that entire barrage of his bullshit without something showing for it.

To my detriment, he was very keen to push me until I joined him down at his level and has since bookmarked those replies which I'm sure you've seen him spamming over and over during this period.  Posts from 2017 when I didn't handle his personal attacks as well as I should have.  Now I feel like something is wrong if he isn't attacking me.

As for the "paedophile element", Light has been acting like these Southpark images are the sort of Child Pornography that sends people to prison and has people listed as registered sex offenders when accusing people of being, or supporting paedophilia on these forums. 

Again, not just limited to the Fringe.

The fact that he won't take any action with the authorities to report the content shows that it's all just another troll, which is why he won't answer any questions about it.

My stance is and has always been the same on the issue.  Child Sexual Abuse material will always be removed and those who post it banned and reported to the AFP.  There is no grey area.

As for the Southpark content, if people are posting it to troll others, I would also remove it, but because it is excessive trolling.  It wouldn't be removed as "Child Sexual Abuse" content, because it isn't. 

The context of the clip is part of an Alien abduction and isn't sexual in nature.  I'm sure you're familiar, especially if you're posting in The Fringe, with the Alien Abduction Trope.  The fact the Light sees so many situations involving children as being sexual when they're not, from the clip of Southpark, to photos of Biden hugging his granddaughter etc, that is troubling. 

I don't know if he has genuine issues or is just trolling on a grander scale.  I've always given him the benefit of the doubt to begin with, that he isn't trolling, but it always ends up the same.  He starts with the personal abuse, the targeted gifs and spam and in the end, he's always trolling. 

He has no problem exploiting child abuse for his own personal gain.  We've seen it time and time again.  He doesn't care about children unless he can use their suffering, or belittle the genuine abuse that some have had to endure to his own benefit.

I'm sick of it. 

But in this highly partisan time we live in, there are plenty of people who will support Light and his tactics so long as it prevents the liberals on the forum from having a win.  This isn't limited to the Fringe Mod poll either. 

The depiction of Cartman, a fictitious child being in that situation is unsettling and I'd prefer it not be posted, but it has an official Australian Classification Board classification and nobody is going to jail for the possession or dissemination of it, despite Light's accusation of people standing up for free speech as being paedophiles.

Perhaps he'd feel differently if his favourite right-wing or conspiratard vloggers were complaining about being demonetised on YouTube for posting the gif, claiming it was PC culture run amock or the Liberal Elites trying to censor conservative views.

It's all a game to him, and nothing is off-limits to exploit so long as he can get those liberal tears.

Along with that, any other forms of excessive trolling will also be removed by me if it serves no purpose to the topic of the thread no matter who posts it.

If you are not ok with any of the above, then please vote accordingly. 

I've been around the block, from admining game communities, forums, discord, servers etc.  Sometimes its tempting to use the powers you have for your own gain, but you don't last long if you do.

Light has already listed the people he intends on banning and is willing to exploit the sexual abuse of children for his own gain, I can't seem him all of a sudden acting in a bipartisan or unbiased manner as a mod.

He won't even answer questions he doesn't like now, seemingly creating fake accounts to drum up support for himself and distractions away from said questions, when he isn't just spamming them away in an attempt to bury them.

But however you vote, please stick around in the Fringe if you find any topics that interests you. 

There aren't enough people posting here regularly for it to form a decent community.

I may have taken this all too literally, especially given that it's been a vehicle for Light to accuse people on here of the most vile crimes.

I wouldn't want to be the "offence police", but I at least understand where you're coming from.

I haven't gone as far as to change my opinion on the classification of what the Southpark gif is, but it being posted serves no purpose and would be removed from any forum I would moderate.

Those posting wouldn't be reported to the police however, just to be clear.

The false claims and accusations of people supporting the sexual abuse of children would also be removed with repeat offenders facing consequences, as would those repeatedly posting the gif.
