The Democrats are Cowards

Because they had the courage to start an impeachment investigation and then, as the evidence came out, more people turned against Nixon. The Democrats should not wait for the polls to tell them what to do. It is time to defend the Constitution.

Hating him is not an argument and not a reason for impeachment - try using a logical argument.

Impeachment would work very much in trumps favour.

His supporters see him as taking on the corrupt Washington elite.

If that elite take him on, and coupled with his own powers of persuasion, he will be able to confirm this narrative in a stunning way.

I think the Donald would love them to impeach him

He is very very resilient to stress and scandal

That's the pressure cooker he has trained himself to occupy.

Defending the constitution is not the question - it is a case of having a criminal leading the country. The Muller report lays out the evidence on about 8 instances where Trump had provably obstructed justice. It appears that Trump broke the Law not the constitution.

You could not be stupid enough to not understand the accusations contained in the Muller report and the reason he could not recommend charges. He laid out the case for impeachment on obstruction of justice.

Barr had lied about the report and eventually Muller had to come out and explain it.

Muller believed that he had no right to charge a sitting president under the constitution. He could clear him or do nothing.

In the case of obstruction Muller refused to clear Trump and instead he laid out a number of cases which showed obstruction had occurred making argument for and against and made no ruling.

He made it clear in his interview that it was up to a different body which had the responsibility to take action. (impeachment). A sitting president cannot be charged the method required is impeachment.
