Those are the statements - where is the support that verifies proof? You need EVIDENCE amounting to proof to make such an assertion ... without such support an assertion cannot stand....

There is no intrinsic validity or value in a court document per se .... it is, in this case, merely a statement of personal view.... and needs evidence amounting to proof to proceed.
