Anyway - I have yet to see any figures on this alleged cyber-stalking and to see any breakdown of exactly what is involved in these alleged incidents.
I'd also like to see some proof of what actually occurs.
grap there is plenty out there
kids committing suicide after relentless abuse in cyberspace......even adult celebrities have been under the pressure of it......
grap this is in the op..
After fleeing her abuser in July, 2018, single mother Amber (last name withheld) suffers from severe anxiety, PTSD symptoms and intense paranoia due to tech-facilitated violence which began during an 18 month relationship.
After an explosive argument one day, Amber was at her mother’s house and googled “narcissist” on her phone. Within seconds, her partner texted her a screen grab showing her conducting the internet search.
“Nice,” he wrote.
Her abuser was able to read her emails, hack her passwords, install a hidden keystroke app on her computer which would send him data records of every key pressed, and stalked her whereabouts using her phone’s location sharing settings.
During her sleep one night he used a program to retrieve all deleted photographs, text messages and call records from her smartphone.
When he discovered messages from a male friend, he doused Amber and the house in acetone and threatened to set her alight.
“He said there’s a backdoor to everything if you know what you’re doing,” said Amber. I know all that, cods - I'm just asking for figures on this new 'poor women' thing - how many are copping cyber-abuse and what is in that 'abuse'? Like lumping every little thing into 'domestic violence', without a careful splitting of events into meaningful categories, no truth can even be approached, but the utter stigma of 'violence' adheres forever to the accused. This is propaganda pure and simple.
How many people can actually do that Amber thing, and how many actually do it? One extreme report doth not a spring make...
Most such claims will turn out to be attempts at communication in the interest of resolving issues.
When there is a clear case, it cannotbe too hard to track down the perpetrator - but lumping every attempt at communication and possible reconciliation in the same basket is fraught with danger for all.
At some point, a fair hearing of the actual issues must take place, with both sides sitting down and laying out their truth, as opposed to the current confrontational and one-sided approach over these issues that precludes one side accepting any responsibility for any reasonable behaviour in any way.
Feelings and alleged feeling simply do not cut it, and thee is no right to punish people for someone else's feelings, and there never will be.

dont forget grap cyberspace is pretty new.....the tools they now have are also making it easier for people who have a penchant for making someone elses life miserable..... stalking is now becoming the norm....
it is invading all sides your obsession with turning everything into an anti male episode is confusing the whole point of the threads.....
we cant help stats.... and the stats say a women per week is murdered by a male.....
these stats are 2017
Males were involved in 82.6 per cent of adult male deaths, 93.5 per cent of adult female deaths and 55.6 per cent of child and youth deaths.
Women, on the other hand, were charged in 12.5 per cent of all deaths, with 10.3 per cent accused in adult male killings, 6.5 per cent of adult female killings and 44.4 per cent of child killings.
In a small number of cases there were multiple perpetrators.
Domestic violence continues to be a major factor in Australian deaths.
Former or current partners or family members were charged in 39 per cent of the killings in 2017.
About 47.5 per cent were committed by strangers, friends or associates of the victims while ‘relationship unknown’ applies to 13.6 per cent of cases.
Not surprisingly, most of the female and child deaths led to a relative being charged, with 72.9 per cent of femicides and 76.5 per cent of filicides allegedly committed by a loved one.
The body of Karen Ristevski was found in Victorian bushland earlier this year.
The body of Cooktown woman Donna Louise Steele was found wrapped up in a creek in August this year.
Total men killed = 108. Total women killed = 48. Total children and young people killed = 17.
THESE numbers are more than symbols on a page.
Every one of these figures represents someone who was loved, cherished, adored and appreciated by family and friends.
All of these victims were Aussies who had the same kind of dreams and aspirations as you and I.
Some of were tiny human beings with an entire lifetime ahead of them, many were grown men and women, and some, well they were in the twilight of their existence.
Not one of these people deserved to have their life snuffed out.
Alleged male perpetrators = 82 per cent. Alleged female perpetrators = 12.5 per cent
