I do believe it is incurable.. so why do we allow them to go free... to carry on business as usual...

if they were serial killers   who could not be cured    would they be allowed to roam free after a few years???

to me its time we stopped dealing with these people as if they are really normal people who have made a mistake.......

we even keep them in a safe environment in jail....


are we crazy we protect the wrong people...

There are some people like this that want to repent and don't want to be attracted to children who will often choose chemical castration etc, but it's not good enough.

I hope there is redemption available for everyone, but, let's say you're attracted to women with big breasts.

You can't just turn off that attractions.  But since that is considered "normal" you're not expected to. 

Or take Light, he's obsessed with Trannies and fantasising about other posters being gay.  There is nothing wrong with that but clearly he can't stop.

And "Gay Conversion", it doesn't work either.  People are wired the way they're wired.

So while I'd hope there is redemption available for everyone, if someone is wired to be sexually attracted to children, you can't undo that.

I don't know what can be done about them.

It just doesn't seem right that they can be let back into society because even if they're able to control and not act on their desires, they still have them.

But to be imprisoned or even killed for how they were born, for something out of their control, that also doesn't seem just.

I don't have an answer to the issue and I suspect it's because I don't know enough about the topic.

All I know is I have just as much disdain as I do for these people who abuse children and destroy lives as I do for those who exploit the issue for their own personal or political gain.
