Bobby I don't think that was part of the 'rules of the Royal Commission' to go down the road of naming individuals
It is now up to the complaints authorities whose job it is to control this industry, to place before the courts individual prosecutions. Hayne has flogged APRA and ASIC for not doing their job. Things must and will change in those lazy arsed bodies
As it stands clear and consistent guidelines for Law Enforcement have been laid out
If what has occurred over a long, long time, doesn't sink the Liberal Government then we might as well all give up
Hayne has acted with 100% integrity. Good on him. His job is not to name people, but to make recommendations on what Government and regulatory authorities ought to investigate.
For example.......The Cole RC farce was the reverse. Many people named by Cole, and
NOT ONE even prosecuted, let alone tried, and let alone found guilty.
Hayne is not about to allow his excellent work to be politicised or bastardised by arseholes in the schmedia. (He gave a very clear overt signal of that when he refused to play photo op with Frydenburg at schmedia urging in the last day or so.)
Well done him. There will be no egg on his face or indelible stain on the work of his RC.
