Rats in the finance sector abandon ship
Feb 4th, 2019 at 5:55pm

The seething population of 'financial rats' will be fleeing in numbers as the ramifications of the Banking Royal Commission are felt

Already it has been stated that Commissioner Hayne has recommended that Criminal Charges be considered against some of the worst villains in a sea of villains in an industry of out of control cowboys

Things will never be the same and I wouldn't want to be holding shares  in NAB Bank which was singled out as the worst of the worst

Be interesting watching the share market tomorrow

Leeches like Mortgage Brokers will be looking for new jobs as their outrageous Ponzi like commission schemes are scuttled

It is going to be 'one 'bumpy ride' so fasten your seat belts' as Bette Davis once famously said

The end result - a whitewash -

not one thief named at the royal commission.

I expected a list of 100s if not 1000s of thieves to be named -
rounded up and charged.
Looks like those thieves got away it.

Bobby I don't think that was part of the 'rules of the Royal Commission' to go down the road of naming individuals

It is now up to the complaints authorities whose job it is to control this industry, to place before the courts individual prosecutions.  Hayne has flogged APRA and ASIC for not doing their job. Things must and will change in those lazy arsed bodies

As it stands clear and consistent  guidelines for Law Enforcement have been laid out

If what has occurred over a long, long time, doesn't sink the Liberal Government then we might as well all give up

Hayne has acted with 100% integrity.  Good on him.  His job is not to name people, but to make recommendations on what Government and regulatory authorities ought to investigate.

For example.......The Cole RC farce was the reverse.  Many people named by Cole, and NOT ONE even prosecuted, let alone tried, and let alone found guilty.

Hayne is not about to allow his excellent work to be politicised or bastardised by arseholes in the schmedia.  (He gave a very clear overt signal of that when he refused to play photo op with Frydenburg at schmedia urging in the last day or so.)

Well done him.  There will be no egg on his face or indelible stain on the work of his RC.

I believe the Coalition will accept most of the recommendations of the RC Red....They know Bill Shorten and the Greens will, so Scott Morrison cannot afford to be wedged even further on the issue....Could he???

Huh Huh Huh

So thieves who stole $billions will walk free but
if you or I stole a chocolate bar from a shop we'd face court.

That sounds fair.

If prosecuting authorities have evidence of criminality, they will prosecute Bobby.  Simple as that.

There was plenty of evidence of criminality.
They charged people fees for services they never received -
they even charged dead people for services.
Who's responsible? - what are their names?

Of course they'll say they support it .... they already have egg on their face over the RC and they know labor will throw this at them during the election campaign.

But I'd be willing to bet that even if they miraculously won this election, they'd drag their feet and we'd be seeing the following election with very little changes to finance sector legislation.

If there was anything to find bobby these bloodhounds would have found it. In this case there are umpteen offences but this pack of scum will not do anything against their major donors. That's life in liberal world, get used to it.

I wanted to see blood - I wanted heads to roll,
and even heads on sticks.

( Not that I'm a violent person. )
