so they will make a working model... then test it about 5 years then plan for a full size 5 -10 years after that and they r still in the Planning stage.... so id say 20-30 years before we see any around

No matter what they say I don't think I could support a 4th gen either on just the word of the engineers that it will be safe... id like to see one working a few years before Australia commits Wink

France has 58 reactors and a very good safety record.

If they can do it, knowing they're usually sozzled on vin rouge after 3pm, so can we Wink

I really like the idea of using salt and being contained.... would use no water , and hot enough to have many by products (like making hydrogen )

well its only the fuel... Then Gen4 Reactors all look like they can be life changers for us....

It's like Electric cars I don't care if they use Lithium Battery's , solid state or what chemistry….I'm really only interested in how well they can perform and can they replace the terrible inefficient and poisonous Fossil Fuels Vehicles that r the norm now. Wink
