Where the stuff around you is close to a vacuum, it is actually
very cold ambient temp.
Of course the sunlight hitting the outside of a spacecraft makes it get hot, but by rotation of the craft and reflection and insulation, the temp inside can be controlled.
I was going to say this is not rocket science, but actually, it is!

As for the rest of the points in that video, taken out of context, the quotes look like they are supporting the moron's "argument" ... but in context they are
not.
Sure, the US doesn't have any Saturn V or equivalent launchers anymore, they don't have a shuttle program anymore and need to hitch a ride on the Soyuz to get to the ISS.
