the most hilarious thing about these drongos going on about aussies story is that the same drongos who have happily spent months trying to deride aussie for dealing with the kid, would boast about how they would kettlebell, bash knife or kill someone is they were ever themselves attacked

you people really are idiots of the highest order
I think that pretty much sums up the whole forum. "Virtue signalling" on one hand, then threatening violence or spilling insults on the other when people disagree or things get heated.
"Good" and "bad" is subjective to the individual.
It would be interesting to see what people what have done differently in Sir Auspol's shoes in the heat of the moment.
For me it would depend on the level of danger involved. I think everybody has a right to defend themselves and their property regardless of the age of a person.
Between the age of 5 and say, for argument's sake, 14, I don't really see a majority of the children in this age group being a threat. It's the shithead teenagers who get into that scene of violence and crime that you have to watch out for, and have to be very careful about in both safety and the ramifications of the law.
If a 16-17 year old was a menace and threatening my life, I wouldn't hesitate to knock them out to defend myself.
Mind you, I don't have "big" hands at all. I'm sadly not very well hung, but it isn't size that matters.. it's technique.
