Well I like a woman who sac-whacks me just at that moment of ejaculation.
It's right up there with having my brain smashed with a gold brick that has a banana skin wrapped around it.

Nah I don't like a woman touching my nawdy bits.

to a retreat next year for the silly season.....I am thinking 4 days of  no one talking would be wonderful..

any one done that???..

.it has to be stress free...cool...  refreshing drinks...no music only maybe water trickling very very quietly  , maybe a slave or two with the drink tray or icy poles...no  computers or tv or phones...

bliss.

4 days is not enough, dear. You must do at least 10. Jesus did 40!

But do it. This is the only thing in your life worth doing - silence.

But you'll see your mind is never quiet.

these sort of spiritual retreats are good for someone in high vibration energy but for fat steve or fat janeen, i think they are dangerous.

sitting quietly can be a spiritual thing but it looks a lot like apathy to me.

same as sitting round a pool at a resort.

if you are like aquascoot , who works his ass off, then you can enjoy it as the guy who earnt it.

if you are an fattie who is living life in a durr state, then sitting around the pool and being pampered is the last thing you need.

aquascoot could probably benefit from a spa and i might go when i hit 80.

but fat steve and fat janeen (ie 99 % of the population) would benefit more from a boot camp or a bear grylls type experience.

Sitting in silence is not being pampered, dear, it's being tortured.

If you can learn to ensure the mind, you have overcome the durr state.

And if you can tame it altogether, ah.

how many of our scrubby citizens do you really think would be capable of that?

after 5 minutes, they would be needing a sugary drink, a panadol for their back, needing to check their phone, needing to go find someone in a durr state to have a whinge session.

they could never do it.

if they went to a retreat, they wouldnt get enlightened.

they would just get sleepy and then go eat some crap and watch tv ...emotional states are addictive.
people always return to their set point.
the ox cart makes the ruts and then steve and janeen are stuck in those ruts forever.

you sir are far too judgemental my point is about giving the MIND a rest.... you judge people by weight   seems to me you are the one with huge problems....you just dont recognise them as being important.....

your comment on fat steve and fat janine are nasty and cruel....I have just read a whining complaining letter from Ivan Milat...... poor him built like a mountain climber  a muscle bound murderer with the strength of a bear..... fit not fat aqua.....I am sure you commend him...

is his mind in the right place...  ooops   that never seem to count with you

Silence is the birthright of all scrubby citizens, dear.

How to stop one's hand reaching for temptation?

That is another question, and a worthy one.

most peoples minds are already resting and just responding to stimuli.

oh a cat video...yay
oh a criminal..boo
i'm hungry and going to the fridge
i'm tired and i need a nap.
someone cut me off in traffic and now i'm mad.

there mind is asleep and it seeks out stimulation to wake it up.
they are seeking stimulation.

a silent retreat would be the absence of stimulation.

it would be brutal for them.

without their phones, netflix, sugar, fat, porn , addiction to gossip and petty BS, they would be confronted with the reality that their life is garbage and that they are going to die very soon.
they would have a state crash and an existential crisis.

try it

go sit in a room and remain silent and stare at the wall and meditate and see how long you last.

they put maximum security prisoners in solitary confinement as the most extreme punishment for a reason.  because most people go insane once they arent being stimulated by an external source.

can you learn to be at peace with yourself and have a disciplined awesome mind.
sure.
but thats part of the narrow road.
thats part of brutal training.

steve and janeen are NEVER going to do it.
NEVER.

Aha!

Women may find silence too, Ajax, they just share the desire for speech.

Women and men share a similar problem - the unrelenting desire for thought.

You can find silence in speech, effende, but you must first tame thought.

Silence is not in the voice or the air, it is in the mind.

indeed.

i couldnt do it.(go on a silent retreat)

but i have the common sense to get myself addicted on positive stuff.

but most people of the lazy , soft cock, weak sauce "mode of being" kid themselves that they are going to meditate and seek enlightenment.

they wont.

they often say things like "pursuing money is meaningless" and "i'm so happy now i just chill and smoke a joint and relax".

but its just a rationalisation for their own laziness.

most people sitting around the pool are just lazy and dont want to hustle.
theres the odd guy there who is recharging after a brutal year of hustling.

but most are just in the same durr state, ordering a cocktail to stimulate them and having someone massage them to stimulate them and then going back to the hotel room for stimulating foxtel and then ordering some cheesey fries from room service for more stimulation and on and on

After work I need at least an hour to unwind.

During this time I'm brain dead, I don't feel like anything especially talking.

Only a woman would say that....... Smiley
