Can you explain how, exactly?
If a man said a woman was too female and too black for a position would it be sexist and racist? Could you imagine the outcry?
So, can you explain?
Explain what? A simple yes or no to my questions would have sufficed. Willing to give an answer?
How is the article in the OP yet another clear example of anti-white racism and anti-male sexism?
What else would you call a woman saying a someone is too white and too male for a job they are qualified for? Is she assuming gender? How unPC.
So are you willing to answer mine?
If a man said a woman was too female and too black for a position would it be sexist and racist?
You spectacularly miss the point. Willfully and rebelliously i suspect.
The thing is, and this really shouldn't have to be explained to you, is that white men are overrepresented in positions of power. So hard to equalise is this, people who aren't whiote males have been kicking up a bit of a fuss about it. No-one paid much attention when it was merely pointed out.
And when you stack it all up ... you know, things like Julie Bishop being not only one of the few vagina weilding people in the governemnt but her being a deputy for what, 10 years now? Well, patterns form.
It doesn't take a trained eye to see a picture form.
Then, when you think about all of the other demographics in this country who aren't feeling particularly represented by white men ... i know, it['s tough, you've only had a few decades to have to factor in women and you're struggling ... it starts to look just a little like we need to factor in a more diverse society.
You know ... when you think about it.
