The Integrity Commission they intend to bring in will be a Star Chamber. There will be no transparency and no publication of who did what to whom and what the Star Chamber’s recommendations are

It is a total sham and has cover up written all over it

Do they think we came down in the last bloody shower

Now....on that one, we agree, and you managed to make the valid point quite succinctly and without a cliche overload.

Yes, indeedy, that Federal ICAC of the Libs is never gonna be accepted.

It's all in public (there might be some exceptions) or not at all.

he was there from 2008 to  2013..

you remember the debt building years  with bugger all to show for it..

he was even ass treasurer  bless him all that experience..wow..

Do you think it says something to the unity and stability of the labor party that he has been there for 5 years - unlike the government who are up to their 3rd leader during the same timeframe?

in Opposition   why not... he has the union backing him   and everyone in labor is scared of the Union and its power.....and money of course....

you didnt mind musical chair PMs during the rudd/gillard/rudd years gandy..gotta ask yourself who started all this POLL DRIVEN change mid stream????????

you do know kruddy changed the rules regarding changing the leader dont you dear?.....it wont be nearly as simple as it once was.. super bill can see himself being there for a looooog time....

lets not forget pet... krudd and gillard were both elected fair and square    Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyesyou guys were very pleased with them at one stage.... Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

but shortarse had a different plan... Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

No transparency, no retrospectivity.

What are the Coalition trying to hide?

What we are witnessing here is a desperate Government who have been caught with their hands in the corporate thieves lolly jar

Trying desperately to extract  itself from an untenable position

Good luck with that one Scomo

Sorry Red but that is exactly what I think. I remember when I joined this forum you were the main fanboy for Abbott and his team of incompetent idiots. Great to see you saw the light but I really look upon you as a reformed alcoholic.

macman - I make no apologies for the stands I have taken on Politics over the years

My mantra has been and will always be..I will support the Party whom I think has the best interests of Australia at heart

I have voted Liberal and I have voted Labor

At the end of the day all Parties I have seen stuff up

When that happens, they need to be turfed, just like the current Liberal Party which has self destructed in the worst kind of way

But it wasn't long ago that Labor was in that very position

So we will elect a re invented Labor Party and then it will get very interesting indeed
