There have been numerous reports this evening that Craig Kelly is likely to defeat from the Liberals and move to the cross bench, as there is further and further likelihood of him being dumped from his seat of Hughes, in South and Southwestern Sydney, for a left-wing hack.

You mean non extreme right-wing hack.

How is Craig extreme right? Examples please.

It wasn;t about Craig Kelly, it was about you viewing any moderate Liberal candidate as left wing hack

Many moderates are just left-wing hacks though. Ever heard of Michael Photios? And Peta Credlin has stated that the moderate faction are just essentially lefties.

You would hope that anybody with a bit of integrity and pride would be considering their position in a party of corrupt rabble.

I agree, but there are 10 Green members, 94 Labor and 105 Coalition so I doubt that all are considering their position.

I did specify the corrupt rabble so why bring the greens and labor into it.

Because "corrupt rabble" applies to the Coalition, a Labor and the Greens.

Except the Coalition haven't had to fear any inquiry into their corruption, unlike Labor who always face some form of TURC every time they lose government.

Why do you think Porter's apoplectic over the idea that the National Integrity Commission have retrospective powers? The Coalition are shtting bricks over the idea that their corruption will be investigated thoroughly for the first time. They do not want that. Where there's smoke there's fire. Corruption! The Coalition are up to their necks in it and the last thing they want is their corruption being exposed. If they had nothing to hide, they would have nothing to fear.

I am not sure why are you preaching to me; I already said that all are stinking and corrupt so what is your point?

I do disagree however, about Labor’s corruption and being held accountable. Let’s see what happens with Victoria and the scandal there. And don’t forget the unions, who are synonymous with Labor.

What scandal?

You do realise that $300,000 is the amount the Federal Coalition give away to their mates every six hours?

Becuase Peta is perfectly centrist.

Where the Victorian state government rorted around $400,000 of taxpayer money to use on election campaigning.

No, not sure what you are talking about?

In response to this and you’re point about Peta Credlin, Peta is obviously heavily involved with the Liberal party, as I have been in the past. I was a member for years, and have seen from the inside how many so-called ‘moderate’ Libs should be actually more appropriate labelled ‘left’.

To be sure if a Liberal-National party member today doesn't have a pair of jack boots in the closet..... then they are socialist, just like Malcolm Turnbull.

No, not sure what you are talking about?

Perspective. The current Federal government is rife with corruption. Every time they give a contract in a closed tender, it goes to their mates, cronies or donors. Every. Single. Time.

GBR Foundation. Foxtel. Indue. There are a dozen other examples. All of them closed tenders. All of them having links back to the Liberal or National parties. The amount of money is much greater than the piddling amount for a few staffer salaries. It's equivalent to $300,000-$400,000 every six hours the aptly-named ATM government has been in office.

There are smaller examples too. There's a candidate for the Nationals in the Victorian state election who took an $850,000 grant from the Federal government for specific water-saving works on his farm. He didn't do this work. He just kept the money. Why aren't you complaining about that? This amount is more than twice what the ALP is alleged to have misappropriated.
